I love green tea. Green tea is the only type of tea that I can stand to drink. I usually drink green tea once or twice a week with a little honey. Green Tea May Decrease Your Risk of Dying and Help You Live Longer. I've seen a lot of women and men post about how green tea has helped with their weight lost. I've never experienced in noticeable changes but it's still a good drink just to have during any part of the day.

  1. I have to force myself to drink Green tea because I do not like the taste. I have tried it a few times and I still have a few tea bags left. I tried this tea because of the good benefits.

  2. Dr. Oz raves about the benefits of green tea. I've tried it once, but I didn't like the taste of it. Next time I go to the store, I will try a different variety. There are so many benefits, it should become part of my regular fluid intake.
