  1. I started the green smoothies for the purpose of detoxing recently, using kale, spinach and fresh fruit, usually mangos and mixed berries with a little bit of honey. I was a little apprehensive about the taste at first but after giving it a try I actually look forward to my smoothies daily for breakfast. I will have to try the banana ginger one, especially since it is so low in calories.

  3. I think smoothies are a great start for the body because it provides lots of nutrients and boost the immune system. I actually did a cleanse that involve smoothies and water and I must say I had tons of energy. When we eat clean and not put junk in our systems we tend to feel better.
