sassy water/flat belly diet

Sassy water not only taste great but it keeps you hydrated and helps maintain the body proper fluid balance. Here's the recipe Sassy Water Recipe •2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups) •1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger •1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced •1 medium lemon, thinly sliced •12 small spearmint leaves. •Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight. •Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day. You can add other ingredients if you choose. You'll also have to use the restroom quite a bit. The ginger also helps calm and soothe your GI tract. Making sassy water will help you focus on your goal of getting a flatter belly once and for all.

  1. I have tried this before and I have to agree that you will go to the restroom a lot. I like the taste personally but my cousin who tried it with me doesn't like the taste. It really helps with weight loss if your consistent and eat balanced meals.
