sassy water/flat belly diet
Sassy water not only taste great but it keeps you hydrated and helps maintain the body proper fluid balance.
Here's the recipe
Sassy Water Recipe
•2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups)
•1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
•1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
•1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
•12 small spearmint leaves.
•Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight.
•Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
You can add other ingredients if you choose. You'll also have to use the restroom quite a bit.
The ginger also helps calm and soothe your GI tract. Making sassy water will help you focus on your goal of getting a flatter belly once and for all.

Bread

Anytime I've started a diet I've always been told that I shouldn't eat bread. I've also heard that you don't have to stop eating bread. Then I've heard that it depends on the amount of bread that you eat. I've always loved bread and I'm the type of person that has to eat bread with everything.
The rate at which you lose weight by cutting out bread depends on the amount of bread you eat each day. The more bread you eat, the more pounds you can shed pounds by eliminating it from your diet. However, the food you use to replace bread also can affect your weight loss. Just cutting bread products will not melt away the pounds if you eat other foods of similar caloric value in place of the bread.
Caloric Deficit
It takes a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat. While fast weight loss gives you a temporary sense of accomplishment, it rarely offers permanent results. For a better chance at achieving permanent weight loss without the constant feeling of deprivation and hunger, the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute recommends a safe weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per week. A deficit of 500 calories a day equals 3,500 calories or 1 pound per week. Eliminating 500 calories each day may seem too difficult, but not all of the calories have to come from food. Cut out 250 calories per day and burn 250 calories by increasing your physical activity. When you cut bread from your diet, you also eliminate the extra calories you add with butter, margarine, mayonnaise and cheese.
Skin care all the way from Korea
I became interested in some different skin care regimens from different countries. I found some interesting things on the web. I thought I'd start with Korea. My eating habits probably have a lot to do with the way my skin looks but If I can find some new amazing product I wouldn't mind trying it.
Dr. Choi doesn’t have his own line of products, but he had some general recommendations about the types of products he suggests to patients. He believes that hydration is the most important part of any skin care regimen for any age. “When [hydration] falls apart, nothing else works,” he said. “A common misconception is that those with oily skin may be well hydrated. Even those with oilier skin types could be insufficiently hydrated. Beyond drinking enough water, skincare products truly go a long way.” He recommends products containing hyaluronic acid and glycerin. Rice extract and seaweed also work well, and peptides — which nourish skin — are also “water-loving” and help to keep skin hydrated. In general, women in Korea choose very focused products, rather than multi-taskers. Ampoules (super concentrated serums) and masks, which provide more intensive treatments, are very popular.

If there is any vitamin we have all heard about, it is vitamin C. Most people take vitamin C to boost immunity. For acne, however, vitamin C when it is used to keep immune responses in check. Vitamin C is the nutrient most people get from orange juice or by taking 1000-mg capsules. It turns out that neither orange juice nor 1000-mg capsules of synthetic ascorbic acid is the best way to get vitamin C for fighting acne. Vitamin D,C,A and E are also great for acne. I'm always concerned about how my s kin looks. My skin doesn't break out very bad but if anyone else does maybe a few a these vitamins can help.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
I've always wondered if there are foods that can actually improve your thought process. I've even wondered if there are foods that may be able to protect the brain for certain diseases.
Including more tomatoes in your diet could help protect against the kind of free radical damage to cells which occur in the development of dementia, particularly Alzheimer's.
Vitamin C can increase mental agility. One of the best sources of this vital vitamin are blackcurrants.
Eating just a handful of pumpkin seeds a day is all you need to get your recommended daily amount of zinc, This helps enhance your memory and thinking skills.
Last but not least, I love broccoli. Broccoli can enhance cognitive function and improve brain power.
Being an adult can be extremely stressful at times. It can become really hard to balance everything that's gong on in your life. I've noticed that the more that I'm doing at once the more forgetful I become. I'll definitely be trying some of these foods after my next shopping trip.

http://www.prevention.com/weight-loss/fit-10-lose-17-inches-working-out-10-minutes-day
According to the website above a young lady lost 17 inches by working out for only 10 minutes a day. 10 minutes a day is music to my ears because I have to force myself to workout. I want the toned body but I don't want to do the work. I really don't want to eat healthy to reach my goal.
From Prevention.com>>>"The first four weeks I lost weight really quickly. I'd get on the scale in the morning and think, 'Is this a joke? Is the scale working?' I'd make my husband stand on it to make sure it hadn't broken since the day before!" she laughs. She also noticed that she was able to run up the subway stairs a little faster, and felt a little whoosh of extra confidence when she walked into meetings. (Want to lose weight by only working out 10 minutes a day?
This is the type of program that can be beneficial to anyone who struggles to fit a workout into their day. This workout plan is only for 8 weeks. I'm actually planning on starting this plan and hopefully I'll also see some awesome results. With my work schedule and school schedule it's almost impossible for me to stay fit these days.
