http://www.prevention.com/weight-loss/fit-10-lose-17-inches-working-out-10-minutes-day
According to the website above a young lady lost 17 inches by working out for only 10 minutes a day. 10 minutes a day is music to my ears because I have to force myself to workout. I want the toned body but I don't want to do the work. I really don't want to eat healthy to reach my goal.
From Prevention.com>>>"The first four weeks I lost weight really quickly. I'd get on the scale in the morning and think, 'Is this a joke? Is the scale working?' I'd make my husband stand on it to make sure it hadn't broken since the day before!" she laughs. She also noticed that she was able to run up the subway stairs a little faster, and felt a little whoosh of extra confidence when she walked into meetings. (Want to lose weight by only working out 10 minutes a day?
This is the type of program that can be beneficial to anyone who struggles to fit a workout into their day. This workout plan is only for 8 weeks. I'm actually planning on starting this plan and hopefully I'll also see some awesome results. With my work schedule and school schedule it's almost impossible for me to stay fit these days.

I agree juggling work and school makes loosing weight very challenging. Of course adding on the pounds is a piece of cake, no pun intended, and with the holidays quickly approaching it makes getting dressed depressing. I have recently cut back a whole lot and have incorporated the gym back Into my schedule, but like you I have to force myself to get there until it becomes a habit. I'm going to take a few pointers from the article, wish me luck! And best of wishes to you as well.
ReplyDeleteThis is encouraging, I like the 10 minute idea. I will have to check out these all over workouts. I think diet makes a huge difference for me. Carbs are my enemy and I need to leave them behind.
ReplyDeleteI understand completely as I too am trying to shed a few pounds. I have started riding my bicycle and doing 100 jumping jacks a day. (I heard someone say that jumping jacks is equivalent to running.) For some reason I haven't lost any additional weight. Sometimes weight loss is just a mystery.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Natalie. Thanks B
